After completing one phase at the Braintree Business Park, Harmonix were given the opportunity to carry out works on 800 Avenue West and The Courtyard.
These projects were speculative offices constructed for letting by Countryside Properties. During the construction process, we had to consider protected wildlife that was present on site, in this case great crested newts and a large badger population.
800 Avenue West comprised the erection of one single storey building built to provide three self-contained office units with a total gross, internal area of approximately 6505 sq ft together with 18 car park spaces. The Courtyard comprised the erection of one single storey building built to provide seven individual self-contained office units ranging from approximately 18460 sq ft gross internal area. The design allows units to be re-configured to combine adjacent areas to form larger units if required. The external areas were laid out providing landscaped areas together with the total of 57 car park spaces ona site area of approximately 1.53 acres.
