Harmonix has today announced it is set to build its largest project to date with a £19 million scheme for regular client Access Self Storage.

This is yet another landmark for Harmonix as we continue our great relationship with such a long-standing client.

The proposal is for the development of the site to create a building arranged over the ground and five upper floors for offices and self-storage making up the 201,000 sq ft build, with the creation of car and cycle parking on the ground floor, and landscaping.

It will target a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and we are closely working with PURE Sustainability to achieve at least a 42.86% reduction in CO2 emissions over the 2013 Building Regulations baseline figure through LEAN and GREEN measures.

The scheme is due for completion in mid-2024, making it our longest build to date.
